Edward T. Whalen, CSSC

Ed brings 42 years of casualty claim experience to every structured settlement case he handles. Ed began his insurance career with GAB, and then went on to become Claim Supervisor, Branch Claim Manager, and ultimately Manager of Litigation for Citizens Insurance Company of America. While working at Citizens Insurance, Ed enhanced his B.B.A. degree in Insurance by attending Thomas M. Cooly Law School at night. Ed wrote his first structured settlement in 1978, and has worked continuously in the industry since. He became affiliated with American Settlement Corporation in February 1995, and continues to operate the ASC office in Flint, Michigan. Ed services ASC clients throughout the Midwest.
