Rebecca Jess
Office Manager
Rebecca has worked with Edward T. Whalen, CSSC at American Settlement Corporation’s Flint, Michigan office since August 2002. She has 23 years of experience as secretary/administrative assistant to senior executives in multinational corporations, including ICI Australia, Quest International, and Sandvik Corp., as well as administrative chief to senior officers in the United States Marine Corps. Rebecca quickly learned the structured settlement industry by attending Administrative Assistants’ conferences sponsored by NSSTA and Travelers Insurance Company in New York City, NY. Rebecca has become a critical partner in the ASC-Flint office.
