John Stanford, Jr.
President
John received an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and a law degree from the University of Georgia. He began his law practice with Long, Weinberg, Ansley and Wheeler, an Atlanta firm specializing in insurance defense and products liability litigation. During ten years in private practice, John represented numerous insurance companies and self-insured corporations and gained considerable experience in defending products liability, dental malpractice and automobile personal injury cases. He resigned his law partnership to become involved in structured settlements and was a founder of Comprehensive Settlements, Inc. (which became American Settlement Corporation); he has significant experience in using structured settlements to resolve cases involving catastrophic injuries. John conducts training seminars and also lectures nationwide on the subject of structured settlements.
